a little about me...
I’m a self-taught, Venezuelan artist who has lived with my husband and two children in the United States for 24 years, 10 in Miami, Florida and 14 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I have been influenced by Venezuelan artist William Senges and also street artists in small towns of Venezuela, with whom I learned the existence of a whole world of colors.
As media I use colored pencils and acrylics, to create Naïve Art, which is often characterized by a childlike simplicity in its subject matter and technique.
I have participated in “In the Eye of Art” – Yellow, Blue, Green, and Purple exhibitions at Gil Gallery and at Queens University of Charlotte as well as in Queens’ ARTE LATINO NOW.
